1. Independent Living Skills (ILS) Job brief

Homemaker is needed when a recipient is unable to manage general cleaning and household activities or when the person regularly responsible for these activities is temporarily absent or unable to manage the household activities. Own home means a setting the person owns, rents or leases that is operated, owned or leased by a provider of services or supports. 6. 24-Emergency Assistance Job brief
Angels Care Home Health is looking for a competent personal who provides 24-Emergency Assistance Services for the care and supervision of the person. The person who is eligible to receive 24-hour supervision assistance if he or she meets one of the following sets of criteria:
1. The person:
o Lives in his/her own home
o Does not receive 24-hour supervision
o Would otherwise require extensive, routine supervision.

• At least 16 years old
• He/she must pass the MN Department of Human Services background check
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Description: 
• He/she will work in the homes assisting with activities of daily living of grooming, bathing, feeding, transfers, toileting, etc
• Following the plan of care as established by the client, physician, and Qualified Professionals
